Pale yellow with fresh stone fruit, floral and citrus aromas. On the palate sweet ripe pear with lemon citrus flavors, delicate mineral spice, lively acidity on dry medium finish. Elegant. Very Nice! Will age, great now. Tasting Sample!

It’s good. It is...actually a white I’d say either needs food or needs to be dipped over a long amount of time. Wild that the “Pinot Grigio” people think of is so personality free when the same grape, Pinot Gris speaks of all sorts of spices and raw to bake-ish stone and orchard fruity fun.

Lovely but apples for apples (and literally this wine tastes of many apples. Bruised and not) I’d prefer an Alsatian Riesling. But studying requires things like reviewing Pinot Gris. I left the Grigio I tried off Delectable you’re welcome. Okay taste notes: ripe and also slightly dried/bruises apples and lemon rind. Whiffs of white peach. Bits o honey and some spicy greenery like arugula that might make me think this was Gruner but the lack of pepper would hopefully steer me from that. Phenolic bitterness. Moderate acid and alcohol. All over tasty and I feel this would be a good pairing with the oh so tricky artichoke and asparagus. Totally balanced. Good stuff Trimbach.

Pear, ripe melon, floral, minerality, med acid and a round finish. Thinking some Alsatian sausage would be pretty amazing right now.

Yellow-straw starting to develop some gold hue. Overripe and bruised peach & apricot, yellow apple, amaretto, fresh ginger, some very subtle hints of petrol and mushroom. Palate of honeyed stone fruit, bitter almond, dulce de leche, slightly oily, and great acidity. Just delightful with sushi.

Yellow fruit, stone fruit, dried yellow flowers, mineral components, dry but some R.S gives it some texture
