Outstanding AlsatianPinot Gris, right at peak, great fruit and acidity, long, lingering finish, just great!! A local west coast mail order outfit periodically offers this wine at around $20, I’ve purchased 2014 (all gone) and last time 2018 (this wine, one more of 6 bottles left)!! Trimbach makes such outstanding Alsatian wines, even at these more modest pricing levels!!

Delicious. Would’ve preferred a bit more age on this, to balance out the sweetness… but ~7 years is enough to make it interesting. Paired incredibly well with the Golden Eye Snapper course at ATOMIX. I look forward to trying a 15-years old vintage; great QPR.
