It’s ok. When first popped, it’s very tart and mouth puckering. With some air exposure it mellows and the tartness dims and it becomes very earthy and French style. Dry. Minerally.

Bright citrus and apple. Acidity is great for seafood or chicken pastas. Can stand up next to greasy sausage and potatoes. I don't think I would drink it on its own though.

This is a Wiley Wabbit. The 10% Carménère is the balancing act you see on the label. I've seen a bear on a unicycle but never a rabbit - the same goes for this easy drinking blend.
