Bright citrus and apple. Acidity is great for seafood or chicken pastas. Can stand up next to greasy sausage and potatoes. I don't think I would drink it on its own though.

This is a Wiley Wabbit. The 10% Carménère is the balancing act you see on the label. I've seen a bear on a unicycle but never a rabbit - the same goes for this easy drinking blend.
