This one was built to age more in a high quality German style. This has complexity that only a few will understand and changes with temperature. Not a typical Mainstream NY Seneca Lake Riesling- yes minerals are there with bone dry tingle and at first you think it is too burnt floral with petrol but if you give it a chance the long finish provides the fruit at the end that satisfies the palate

A very pungent Riesling. Loads of minerals and bitter lime. An insecticide note detracts. Unfortunately that note is the primary component in the mouth.

This is the Demi Sec version which is distinctly different. Rich, golden wine that doesn’t taste much like a classic Riesling. Worthy of a try!

Very rich and ripe, but still dry, apricot, lime, honey, flint, waxy, lifted, delish!

Rich style, full bodied, almost botrytized, honey, honeysuckle, apricot, pineapple, lime, gunpowder. A bit of VA on the nose. Fresh and vibrant.

Just received 93 points by Wine Spectator and I can see why. It has not a typical Riesling. It has such complexity and dryness. It should age nicely. Try it before it is gone!

I think I chilled this one too much. When I first opened it out of the fridge, it was pretty bland. But the flavors came alive as it warmed up a bit in the glass.

For a 4th of July selection on a steamy hot day, I thought an American Riesling. Very dry- has that nose of rocks and motor oil. Briny, lacks fruit or much depth- not very acidic. I’m finding it flat.
