On the palate I get notes of strawberry, raspberry, red plum, green bell pepper, vegetal, spicy notesand earth.
This wine is medium + to full bodied with medium + to high acidity and medium + refined firm tannins that leads to a long red fruit vegetal finish. This wine will need time to really find itself. Fantastic Cab Franc! Deep ruby color. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and Anaheim pepper skin. Smooth flavors of dark and red fruit, oak with a tannic finish.

Thinking I am not a Cabernet Franc fan. Tart for me. I grabbed it from my fridge randomly. Was hoping it was Cabernet Sauvignon. Still enjoying. Glad not too fruity.
