A really good Cava, especially when you consider the retail price ($12.99). Straw, golden apple, rosemary notes. Same on the palate, rich enough to mention it, huge finish, minerally, pretty, small, bubbles. I like it a lot, ya know, considering everything?

Love a good cava. Crisp and not too dry.

So delicious. A little Sweet but not too tart. Tasty in a mimosa or on its own.

When excessively cold nothing off putting. Once it warmed to 45F or so a smokey flavor emerged that turned bitter and distasteful. Unfortunately I can't recommend.
