Last of the Australian Shiraz's. Deep garnet red. Nose was full of burnt notes, burning tires, freshly burnt wood. Moderate tannins (6/10) and full bodied. Interesting characteristics on the palate with cherries, eucalyptus, minerals and a strong acidic backbone. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2024.

Both Torbrecks seemed like they need a lot of air.

Lovin' this one. Rich savory and smoky bouquet. Almost bacon-like, plum and blue fruits.
