Delicious medium body chard. Creamy but not buttery. Oak is pushed a bit. Fruit is a little zesty, lemon peel, and maybe slight nuttiness, macadamian? I like it, young obviously. Keep it cellared and come back to it in Fall 2024 or beyond.

Sep 12th, 2022Outstanding. I loved the 2018, and the 2017 is just as good. Bright, fresh tropical fruits. Lychee, coconut, pineapple, and tangerine. A bit (but not too) buttery and zesty.

Jun 24th, 2022Outstanding. I love Tor’s wines, but am particularly fond of his white wines. This has hints of honeydew, orange blossoms, cashew, other tropical fruits, and pineapple upside-down cake. Thoroughly delicious!

Seems as though it was fermented in oak. A lot of creamy vanilla. Montrachet in style. Nice wine. I’d prefer a lighter hand on the oak.

Delicious start to an evening at Chef and the Farmer. If I had not seen this wine’s TNs, would have thought steel tanks were used. Will seek out other TOR chards after this evening
