14' Tor Kenward cuvée Susan Reserve Chardonnay. If you must open a bottle now... I would strongly recommend a decanting. This wine is only going to get better with a little more time in the bottle.

After a 30 minute decanting and letting the bottle warm up, and in turn it will open up. Full-bodied marmalade, white cake, honey, orange peel, supple oak & lively acidity .So many things happening in this wine. Serve no colder than cellar temperature.
