The funk is too distracting though it quiets down on day two. Light red fruits, modest frame; plenty of earth & decent minerality. Lifesaver Ruby red. Could see this pairing well with mushroom oriented fare.

Classic Pais nose, with fermented grape leaves and bacon fat.
This was liberated from the Santiago wine club in Chile.
Lively acidity! Pomegranate seed, cherry skin, hints of apple cider vinegar (subtle acid, in a good way). White pepper berries. If this saw any oak, it shows itself on the rear, only for a moment.
Worth the tipple.

Pale cloudy ruby; medium intensity aromas of kombucha, apple cider vinegar, red apple, cranberry, red currant; dry, high acid, low alcohol, medium minus body, medium intensity flavors of kombucha, apple cider vinegar, cranberry, red currant; medium finish, very tart and a little spritzy, very “natural”

Super tart, fun red. Very bright, almost tastes like Red Vines candy, with some nice herbal overtones. Refreshing finish, works well chilled.

Strong forest floor, sharp, cedar spice, cloves, a bit of citrus, bunches of ripe strawberries.

Light and spicy, dense and lush, really quite surprising and lovely.

A bit of cola, mixed berries, nice acidity and spice balance off well.

points for a pretty pomegranate and crushed cranberry nose but heads into a sangria-kombucha thing that is very polarizing at this table. we either do that or we don’t. chilled, the low alcohol makes this a daytime hot-weather slaker....if you like that kinda thing. I imagine it wouldn’t be bad as a popsicle, hmmm...
