Mendoza Malbec

This wine has a medium-dark color. Its nose is as fruity as you like. Big, ripe, red berries are featured, along with tobacco, spice, and a bit of earthy funk. The tannins are firm and the acidity is fresh. The palate brings in cherry, black cherry, and blackcurrant for a pairing that will be wonderful with meat dishes. I slow-cooked short ribs with mine, while enjoying a glass or two in my easy chair.

Another great Malbec from Argentina. This Malbec did not disappoint! Smells great and taste even better. Price at Costco is $6.99. Unbelievable!!

Very disappointing. Paid £27 in a pub, would have been disappointed paying £6 in a supermarket for this bottle :(

Bright fruits on the nose, jammy in the mouth. A great value wine with a medium finish, great with burgers!

A calm, easy sipping wine with an underlying plum + black 🍒 finish.

Great value here, structured for easy drinking without losing its personality. A quick decant saw its dried spice herbaceousness show itself with pleasant tannin levels. Very aromatic and vibrant.

Dry, young, low tannins and acidity. Not much complexity or length. Black cherry and plums.

A little barnyardy on the nose. Better day 2. Full of fruit on the palate.
