Mood wine. If you're in the mood for it, there's nothing better. And of all the pinot grigios I've tried, the Sudtirol region definitely produces the best. We're talking about a light and airy, dry wine with a hint of sweetness to balance the bitter. It's not just a novice's entry level white, it's also the connoisseur's rest and relaxation go-to.

In 1910 Johann Tiefenbrunner established a historical hydroelectric power plant that was responsible for providing all of the energy for the estate. In 2000 a new station was built although the the original is still standing and working!
