Fresh and delicious. Not complex. Great Food wine.

Classic Sancerre PN, meaning the fruit takes a back seat to the intense minerality sucked out of the limestone soil. Mostly uber-clean chalky minerality on the nose with a veil of pure cherry/strawberry fruit. Very refreshing and food-flexible.

Charmingly rustic nose with brambly red fruits. A bit of wet earth (freshly potted soil?) and something feral. Really nice aromas. Palate is simple, juicy and ripe but the precision and mouthfeel are what set this apart. Super silky. With air I think the fruit will sweeten.
