Napa Valley Petite Sirah

Smells of Game, bramble and blackberries. Mud earth. Tastes, Extracted and full bodied. Vivid. High octane, mocha, mocha, mocha, mocha and wet leather, mulled spices.

Deep red color. Aromas of black cherry, blueberry and tobacco. Bold dark cherry and plum fruit flavors with hints of cola, black tea and balsamic vinegar. Chewy tannins but not over the top. Solid balance and structure.

Rec’d 3/2015. Consumed 11/2018. Could be cellared 10 - 15 years. I didn’t like it when I first opened it but after it breathed a little, it was delicious. Rich ripe aromas of blackberry, Cassis, licorice, and black pepper. Flavors of ripe black and blue berry, black currant with lingering sweet spices and leathery tannins. Big Finish! More please! 😉🍷

Nose: coffee, chocolate, dark fruit. Taste: same dark fruit, stronger tannins, cocoa.

Very smooth and chewy, hints of Carmel and nutmeg. 14.9%

Juicy, passion fruit a little bit. Love it.

Love this wine! Actually love all their wines! Ate with Thai - paired really well.
