Decanted 15: smells of cherry Coke... dark fruit and white pepper on the palate with a very oaky finish. Decanted 1 hour: mellows out while keeping the best aspects of its flavor profile. Like it!

Medium-plus-bodied with medium (soft and rounded) tannins and plus acidity. Plush, fruit-forward, and full on the palate. Blend of Zinfandel, Malbec, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Grenache.
