First opened: green apple nose, bone dry, slightly creamy finish. After 1 hour no apple, bread on the nose, fleshy finish. Benefits from being opened for a bit!

Faint whiff of white peach on the nose. Smoky, slightly beefy(?) and sandalwood flavors that culminate with beeswax on the back end. Complex wine that makes very enjoyable
