Dundee Hills Pinot Gris

Cheese rind, oyster shell, and faint flowers. Low acid, moderate minus body. Pairs great with poached cod..

Lemon and pear. M+ acid, m body. Refreshing and a nice example.

Needed a couple of days to show itself. .. now richly textured/oily, bone dry w/ pear flesh, saffron, crackers etc... classic.

High acidity, notes of apple cider, lemon zest and pears. Long and nasally finish.

Great alternative to Chardonnay with a nose of white fruits (apple/pear), a hint of caramel and vanilla. Texturaly rich and a bit less acidic than I expected for Oregon.

This is my favorite Pinot Gris. Warm, light hints of vanilla contrasted with a tart, earthy lemon.

Not my favorite, for me didn’t pair well with fish
