Chile Cabernet Sauvignon

Unobtrusive, easy drinking wine. Not so much structure. Nothing particularly remarkable good or bad.

Deep purple in color; plums, graphite, and intense black cherries on the nose; medium plus acidity; moderate tannins; tastes like sour cherries, blackberries, wet gravel, and a hint of eucalyptus with a finish. One of Nellie's favorites and I like it too.

Great flavor. Fruity. Absolutely drink again.

Very delicious. Dry. Great for cool fall nights or winter

Had a subtle bitter/tart flavor

Very soft for such a young Cabernet. Red fruit, coffee, stewed fruits. Not super complex, but maybe with time.
