Light and slightly funky Cinsault. Unfined and unfiltered with a neat texture and only 12.5% alcohol. Bright red fruits and earth on the palate with a faint, false effervescence. Refreshing. Great on its own while super food versatile.

Fun-ass juice up in here. Bright, crunchy red fruits, a little earth, and some dried herbs whispering gently on the palate. Cinsault may not be the most complex of grapes, but I’ll be damned if it isn’t among the most satisfying.

Wild and bright. Great on its own as well as with Rad Na, steamed pork bao, and shrimp dumplings.

Tasty porch pounder kind of wine that had something aromatically questionable perhaps. 12.5alc made it acceptable to take the whole thing down in 1 sitting. Whole cluster cinsault from dry farmed bush vines in Paarl. No oak. Curious to track down their other wines. KL.
