Medium density on a dark ruby hue, with very light rim. Really meaningful nose of green tomatoes, celery, cilantro, sage herb, some funkiness, along with the usual cherries. Nice character of Pinot noir on the nose, but new world. Also good performance on the palate, good length with that seductive Pinot soft structure. Very smokey finish. A little scampy and lacking flesh or fruit, which shows the mentioned structure but not much else. Still a respectable Pinot. 84 pts.

Good SLH Pinot with the classic fresh, floral nose that I've come to love from SLH.. silky smooth, but the 8.9 rating comes due to the lack of real differentiation between this bottle and the Cuvée 107. I think I'd save the extra $15 next time.

Plum, cherry and brambly berry on the nose. I get tart cranberry and cherry with a velvety mouthfeel on the palate. A very lovely New World Pinot!
