Well a revisit to a different year, label and time says yes. Weighing heavier than 12% on palate but juicy big and ripe and yes it keeps on punching. Chewy Chenin.

Continues to be a standout South African Chenin. One of my faves. Baked apple, marzipan, minerals with a hint of lemon.

Quaffable Chenin. Fermented on skins. Will be interested in tasting future vintages as the vines are being revived.

Punchy Orange...have enjoyed several recently but was dying to try this SA. More approachable than an Italian, Georgian etc..like a musty Basque Sidra + love how Chenin surprises
