2012 vintage. Fruity on the nose, I'm not attuned to volatile acidity, but seems there might be just a touch. Very nicely balanced on the palate, fruit recedes and firm grip emerges. Fruit is nothing like gamay, but reminds me of granite grip of cru beaujolais. Lingering dark intensity that emerges only on finish. Very food friendly (with Chilean-style empanadas)
