What a great fortified French Muscat.
Light golden in color.
Beautiful nose of lemons, peaches, passion fruits and lychee.
Sweet and creamy on the palate with stone fruits and tropical notes.
Rich and full bodied with a long sweet finish.
Paired it with Foie Gras, which was excellent.
15% alcohol by volume.

Delightful and delicious. Went beautifully with Honeyed Apple Slump (stovetop apple cobbler, steamed Cardamom. dumplings instead of crumb)
