Pale straw color, greenish glitters.
Rich and refreshing bouquet of carambola, blooming acacia, white grapefruit, morning meadow, wet melon, cloudberry.
Soft medium-bodied palate of gastronomic acidity and fine structure. Green apple, pineapple, pomelo, white currant, white strawberry flavors.
Round, creamy and fruity finish of immense length with subtle wet pebble undertone.
Paired to roasted flounder fillet and seafood risotto nicely.
