Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

I extremely enjoy Spanish wines, for its value, complexity, age worthiness and taste. I do love wines from the Toro. Region. Tried this about 6 months ago and was not overly impressed so I decided to give another try. Ruby with dark fruit aromas and spicy notes. On the palate dark berry flavor with pepper spice. Fine tannins on medium finish ending with earthy notes. Better this time. Tasting Sample.

Smells like candied fruit perfume.

Soft, salty, faint rose, jolly rancher cherry, fruit leather, candy cigarettes.

Powdery tannins, with chewy new oak.
Pairing with “Blue planet II: deep oceans”

Good price, pepperish some tannins...good with roasted provencal chicken and vegetables.

Tight out of the bottle but easy to drink & downright lovely after 30 minutes in the glass.

Fruit forward Spanish wine. Paired well with pizza and dark chocolate. Very smooth on the palette

Nice, easy-drinking Tempranillo. Had with the fam after Tash’s wedding.

Total Wine. $10. Plum and black cherry forward. Smooth after first hour. Well balanced acidity, hints of molasses, and a decade long finish. Leaned on the boring side but solid overachiever at this price.

Very nice wine. Medium body with some bright red fruit upfront. Smooth tannins with some acidity at the end to balance. Very pleasant wine.
