This Chardonnay is too bitter for my taste, however, the palate is interesting, but I liked the 2013 better.

A good glass - but I feel like this has the potential to be more in the flavor department. Would have liked more of the oak/vanilla/citrus combo..it’s there: just subdued in the background. That’s not a bad thing - but at 14.5% for a chard I personally like more of a kind flavor to accompany the punch of the alcohol. That said - it sips nicely alone but best with a charcuterie or meal as it punches hard!
