From the slopes of Monte Gorna, south-east side of Mount Etna, made with the local grape Carricante, medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and honey floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with slight citrus and vanilla notes. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral character. Very Nice!

Fairly animated nose has wet straw, pear, and clean mineral notes. Crisp and saline in the mouth, medium acids. Fairly good intensity.

Lime, pear and citrus aroma. Nicely balanced mineral crisp finish. Went well with a mildly spiced shrimp chili spiced rice dish.
