Dark ruby color. Nose is floral, rose, red fruit and some strong cedar. High acid, astringent and tannic upon opening. Better after 2 hours of air. Pepper, tart dark fruit. This will improve with age.

Aromas of cassis, violet, savory herbs.
Dry. Flavors of cassis, clove black pepper, roasted rosemary, black olive. Rich, chewy tannins. Definitely needs more age; 8-20 years.
