Oct 16th, 2022Super tasty especially if you love the Sauvignon blanc! Tons of green apple and pear with floral notes. Very astringent such that it almost seems effervescent. Super tasty, would love to have again.

Acidic, minerally, citrus (lemon). Ocean rock. Lighterbodied, little bit up spice. Well rounded. Simple. Good summer wine. (& Whole Foods - 4.2 - Would buy again.)
