Great nose. Playful on the tung. Slight sting of alcohol super tart raspberry and white pepper and a touch of that smokey regional flavor. Volcanic soil. Slightly grippy but nothing crazy.

Pretty, pretty girl! My second encounter with Nerello Mascalese in under a month - 80%, with 20% Nerello Cappuccio. Sweet, succulent strawberries with a sachet of freshly pressed flowers. Loving it! Light and delicate like a Victorian lady in spring.

Smokey, dusky, smouldering red fruit

Light, lithe, possesses volcanicity - that sense of a wine that is airy like a pumice stone; Fine texture, it opens up to reveal a loose and fine structure.

Loved - light, earthy, minerally. Cool light side of Etna.

Etna D.O.C. Cold temp wine, tastes like a Pinot Noir.
