A nice, smooth easy Chianti: ripe, mature red fruit that satisfies over a smooth easy glass - tapers into a chocolate/tobacco like finish which is a bit of a surprise but still quite good. Cheers!

The nose is a bit harsh with some heavy tar and muted herbaceous notes, but the mouthfeel is a bit lighter with dark cherry, cedar, and faint peppery notes...opening up as it rests in the glass...
