This is a Bordeaux Blend... It's very austere at first by opens nicely with a little breathing time. Dusty tobacco, leather, dried plums and figs, and a good amount of acid make this more of a food wine. Yet I'm having it with a handful of tortilla chips and it's going down pretty nicely!
