Pure #brunello#brunellodimontalcino#sangiovese from inner #tuscany medium Garnet color medium(+) intensity aromas of red fruits, red cherries, pomegranate, raspberry and dried red plums. Hints of herbal aromas (oregano, thyme and sage) with secondary aromas of oak (vainilla, cedar and toast) and tertiary aromas and flavors of dried red fruits. On the palate the wine is dry with medium(+) acidity, firm ripe medium(#) tannins and high alcohol and a medium(+) body. The finish is medium(+). This is a 2015 and it can still develop favorably in the bottle. It has a balance of ripe red fruits, juicy medium(+) acidity and the maturation in oak gives it the elegance and the depth to continue to develop over time. It’s aromas and flavors are still full of juicy rich concentrated red fruits and the tertiary aromas and flavors so typical of Brunello make this wine a fine example.
