Red peppercorns, shy red cherry, fresh raspberries, a bit of fresh pomegranate with an uplifting fresh minty note and a savoury rocky underscore.
Grenache at its aromatic best!
On the palate this has the lightness of a good Burgundy. Very fine tannins, juicy acidity, the lightness of touch and elegant, airy fruit. Just towards the finish, the southern heat (and 14.5% alc) start slowly to be visible.
