Most intriguing in the lineup. Shy at first, lemon/stony nose is austere. Palate is more friendly, with good texture, a touch of phenolic bitterness and just enough acid to get through. Cool but blind I would never hold it up to its pedigree

Unusual - some nice flavor strange acid/savory/sour sort of character but I actually quite liked it - SAL not so much
