It’s a summery day in March. To me that spells lighter wine. This gamay fits the bill. It’s VERY light. Limited fruit with almost a pear aftertaste. Good starter wine to help set the bar for better ones to come.

A light cherry colour pour thats smooth and has a full bubblegum favour.

Great display on Ontario wine! Gamay tend to be a bit richer, a deeper ruby red. Aged in oak, medium dry, tart cherry with a nice finish on the palate. #canadianwine #screwcap #gamay
