Disappointing. Tastes kind of generic instead of shouting Montepulciano from Marche. Old leather and scorchy nose. Some acid and tannin in the mouth, but little fruit. Kind of scorchy as well. Meh. I'll dump the rest into the cooking wine bottle.

Not my favorite wine. Isn't very well integrated. A little bit of sweetness, then dry tannins take over.
