#Tatomer is arguably the best producer of Riesling in the US. Beautifully detailed aromatics and flavor complexity, these are fully dry wines. He also makes your other traditional varietals from Austria and Germany: Gruner Veltliner, Sylvaner and Pinot Noir

Terroir

Not overly sweet, with slight minerality and crackling but not too much

High tined with sherbet like acidity, but also soft in the mid palate. Unusual kiwi/tropical fruit profile that is quite mellow.

Really good American Riesling

Not too sweet, not too dry; uniquely earthy aftertaste

Dis real good with white fish
