Nice sturdy Nero D’Avola. I am new to this grape so need to taste more. One thing is clear, this is a great wine for food pairings. Took a long time to open up and then started singing!

Not my usual varietal, and little thin and light for my taste. But I definitely enjoyed it and it may just be I’m nit too familiar with this style yet

The nose has notes of black cherry but is a little hot with alcohol. The palate is round with black cherries and black fruit with black pepper in the finish. Great with Fathead Pizza.
