Very easy drinking dessert wine, smooth, and comfortable all the way

A bit of petrol and salinity, but not as strong as I remember while tasting at Capofaro.

Salina Malvasia - crisp, briny, and ever-so-light

Could've sworn it was a Riesling because of the petrol characteristics.

Sometimes a wine is more than a description of its color or vibrancy, or about a fruit acid balance, or subtle floral and honey notes, sometimes it's about being in a place - drinking a salty fresh wine with salty fresh seafood, that's what it's really all about.

Not too sweet.. Lovely..
