The nose delivers pear and banana with a mouthfeel of apple and floral notes. This one has a bit of bottle age and would be perfect for my palate with a bit of oak. Good Friday night drink never the less.

Nice unoaked chard but very heavy on fruit (pears, apples, unripe peaches), almost too much so. Prob good on very hot summer day. Will hopefully become more refined in year or two.
