Dark cherry, cassis and dark berry notes with hints of vanilla and oak. Smooth finish with very balanced acidity and tannins.

The nose was bright and intense carrying cedar, saddle leather, black and blue fruit and a touch of all spice. The palate is full and round and supple with ripe sweet black plums, blueberries, blackberry jam and figs. The finish lingers long with espresso, graphite and smoke. This wine had many more years to go!

Lots to give aromatically right out the gate. Dark fruit, red dirt, mint and savory. Continued to evolve over an hour and a half. Wore it's age well, but will last.

Nice deep ruby color with a nose of dark berries, chocolate and a hint of tar. Nice flavors consistent with the nose. A smooth wine with good tannin structure and balance. Nice finish. Tannins are there to allow at least another 2-3 years of aging if not quite a bit more. Nice date at home with my bride of 20 years and a couple of months.

Tamber Bey is my newest discovery. What an amazing diamond in the ruff. This is 2017 Tamber Bey cabernet sauvignon. Bouquet is raspberry topped cheesecake. The initial palate begins with blackberry tartness which folds into a buttery chocolate spice. This is followed a beautiful dark fruit that has a sweetness the implements the tartness. So many flavors.... blackberry, black currant, sweet ripe plumbs, Then comes the oak finish very dry and very tart, but absolutely perfect in a big bold cabernet. This is pure magic!!!! Excellent job Tamber Bey! After decanting for 30 minutes it was absolutely superb.
