Feb 4th, 2023This is like fire roasted shell on peanuts in the best way possible. Creamy texture, lively effervescence, great wine.

Blend of 50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims. Pale lemon with aromas of complex stone, berry and citrus fruits with some nutty biscuit notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and subtle cherry, crisp with a toasty character. Long finish ending with fruit and yeasty mineral character.
