Champagne Taittinger was established in 1931 by Pierre Taittinger on the foundations of Forest-Forneaux, itself established in 1734 and the third-oldest wine producing house of Champagne. A blend of 50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims. Fresh intense yet complex yellow and red fruits with some nutty biscuit notes. On the palate ripe apple, peach and subtle cherry flavors, crisp with a toasty character. Lingering superb Brut finish. Tasting Sample!

Toasty citrus again. Minerality for miles and cream on the finish.

This is like fire roasted shell on peanuts in the best way possible. Creamy texture, lively effervescence, great wine.

Lots of bruised golden apple, pear, some yeast/bread and low acidity. Just not all that compelling.

Intéressant, belle longueur et mousse fine, qui laisse en bouche une sensation soyeuse, délicate.
