Light gold. Active and steady beads of bubbles in the glass. Youthful nose. Notes of citrus, lemon curd, wet river stones, some bread yeast and some almond paste. Creamy. This is still youthful but oh so good.

A great nose. Poised lemon, lime, slate and light floral notes. The palate has great fruit- citrus and mellow sweetness. No significant secondary notes yet but great freshness and balance. Years ahead but very good now.

Prefer the 2006, but still a great wine...

Fresh and sweet cool lemon with limestone, a hint of mint, and steeliness. Really good.

Aperitif to lunch with the Wine Nerd Herd 2019 gathering in Paso. Delicate with light bubbles.

This is wonderful stuff. Lots of secondary notes with hints of Orange peel and brioche over a lovely supple core of sweet lemon scented acidity. This if complex but still vivacious and very long. Great stuff.

Absolutely gorgeous champagne that is right down the middle in terms of style. Tart lemon, toast, chalk, and a hint of nuttiness. Sharp and acidic but tons of layers here. Continuously evolving on the palate revealing limestone, powder sugar dusted lemon bars, and roasted almonds. This is built for the long haul, but certainly enjoyable now. Thanks @Mark Flesher .

Medium gold but looks youthful in the glass with steady fine bubbles. At first it’s youthful and one dimensional with notes of bread, citrus and apples. With an hour of air it gains complexity with ample acidity and develops a pleasing creaminess. Resembles a nicely aged Chablis. Palate coating long finish. In a great place.

Out of magnum elegance and power . Tons of seashell , minerals , lemon curd , honey suckle , pulverized stone. A baby in magnum but shows great promise stunning juice .
