Crisp. Apple. Smooth. Different than your typical white wine.

Muted fruits of; lemons, green apple, citrus and white florals on the nose. On the palate, citrus, green and touch of underripe red apple with skin, orange peel, volcanic minerals, saline and bright acidity. Pretty concentrated due to low yields.

Green apple, lime, peach, grassy, lots of chalk (one of the chalkiest wines if had...feels like tannins) and edgy mineral and really nice acidity.
