Tabalí
Reserva Limarí Valley Syrah
Still super dark purple color. Smoky, fleshy plum fruit aromas, some savory baking spices. Generous with fruit and supporting structure of acid. Tannins are present, but smoothing with age. Excellent value.

Feb 4th, 2019Yum. Gains complexity with air. More old work styled with abundant acidity and a savory focus to the flavors.

Mar 11th, 2019So close to a home run. The aroma is exactly like a high end Rhone. My nose was alive with red fruit and and herbal spice. Just awesome. Then I drank it and kept waiting for it to open up. I wanted more...some earth? Spice? Nothing. Too bad. Don't get me wrong it's good but it could have been great.
