Plum dominates, intertwined with black cherry, Christmas spice and a just a touch of tomato sauce. Very strong legs, supple texture and a medium finish. Flavor profile changed from a year ago. Initially more blackberry with mushroom. Interesting to see the transition. May not age as well as I initially predicted. But still has life and still terrific.
