Zero dosage, 50/50 Monastrell/Garnacha, this rose Cava is bone dry and almost astringent on the palate. Blood orange, hint of strawberries, chalky mineral. Clean, delicate mousse. Good tension throughout. Quite nice.

Drinks like an ultra-dry Provençal Rose with some textural complexity added with the bubbles. Goes down way too fast. Doesn't blow your mind, but definitely makes you smile.
