Beautiful upfront love purple flowers violets notes and liked where it was going then it went all Casey Jones and fell off the tracks. The Mid Palate was missing MIA. But I like the idea of the project.

Consulting winemaker is Paul Hobbs. This is a rather nice Cab Franc blend with notes of cherry, sour raspberries, vanilla spice, leather and pickle juice.

Very well done blend. Great burger wine. Good pepper, dark chocolate, dark berries, decent tannin with acidity towards the finish. More chocolate and berries on finish. Some oak also. This reminds me of a wannabe Cain cuvée.
