A very fresh interpretation of Southern Rhone red, maybe Cairanne. Mostly mourvèdre and grenache, with cincault and syrah. Lots of red and blue fruit, zippy acidity. Opened last night to go with osso buco, risotto and collard greens. Finished just now with spicy chicken tacos. Matched well with both.
